📖 Reading

Anna's Busy Week Anna is a young teacher. She lives in a small town near the sea. Every day, she gets up at seven o'clock and eats breakfast with her cat, Mimi. Anna doesn't like coffee, so she drinks tea every morning. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, Anna works at a primary school. She teaches English to children. The children like her class because she uses songs and games. There are twenty students in her class, and they are all very friendly. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, Anna doesn't work at school. She stays at home and writes stories for a children's magazine. She can also paint very well, and she often paints pictures of the sea near her house. At the weekend, Anna visits her parents. They live in a big house with a garden. Her mother has got a lot of flowers, and her father has got three dogs. The dogs always run to Anna when she arrives. Anna loves her weekends because she can relax and see her family.

🎭 Classroom activity

Daily Routine Chain: Students stand in a circle. The first student says one action using simple present ('I wake up at 7 o'clock'). The next student repeats it and adds their own ('She wakes up at 7 o'clock and I brush my teeth'). Continue around the circle, building a chain of simple present statements. This reinforces positive forms, third-person singular, and listening skills.
