📖 Reading

My name is Lina. I love food, and today I want to tell you about my family's small café. It is on Green Street, next to the park. The café is small, but it is very popular! In the morning, we make coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. We also have fresh bread and eggs. Many people come for breakfast before work. At lunchtime, the café is very busy. We serve soup, sandwiches, and salad. My favorite is the tomato soup with cheese sandwiches! In the afternoon, children come with their parents for cake and juice. There are apple cakes, chocolate cakes, and lemon cakes on the table. There isn't any ice cream in winter, but in summer, we have ice cream every day. Kids love it! My mother is the cook, and my father makes the coffee. I help them on weekends. I clean the tables and bring water to the customers. I can't cook yet, but I am learning! On Saturdays, my grandmother visits and brings her special orange juice. Everybody loves her juice - it is sweet and cold. Our café doesn't have meat or fish, only vegetables, fruit, bread, and cheese. Some customers ask, 'Where is the meat?' We say, 'Sorry, we don't have meat here. Try our vegetable soup!' Most people are happy with our food. Come and visit us on Green Street!
